What if the dress doesn't fit?

Rest assured. You are covered by our No Regret Policy. When the dress does not fit, we can do the following for you:

  1. Immediately call our customer service at 087889592789. We will do our best to send you a replacement dress if we think it can make it on time for your event.
  2. Visit our showroom to try on a replacement dress.
  3. If your desired replacement dress is not available or there is not enough time for a replacement dress delivery, return the dress the same day it arrives and we will refund your money back as store credit. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
 

When should I book a reservation?

We accept reservations months in advance, so book early! We recommend that you start your rental period 1 or 2 days before your event day just to be safe. For example, if your event is on Saturday, 3 June, please select Thursday or Friday as your first rental day.

 

Do I have to clean the dresses after the event?

No, please do not clean the dresses. We dry clean each dresses after each rental with great care so it is ready to be worn for the next rental.

 

How do I return my order?

Follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Inside the package: We attach our return address sticker inside the box. Take this sticker out to paste onto the box later.
  2. Pack your order: Place your dress(es) in the box it arrived in. Seal the box. 
  3. Ship your order: Place our return address sticker on the box. Send back the enclosed box to JNE or Courier on your return date. You may also drop it off in our store.

What happens when a dress is ruined?

If you damage your rental dress, we will make an estimate of the damage in value (IDR) and charge the damage amount from the rental deposit.

 

When will I get my refundable deposits back?

We will refund your deposit the same day the dress arrives in our showroom when the dress is returned to us on time and in good condition. If you have not received your deposit back, please contact our customer service line.

 

Can I extend my rental period?

If the dress is available for the extended period that you request for, then yes, you can extend you rental period. We will charge you a daily rental charge based on your requested duration. If you wish to extend your rental, please do so by calling our customer service line.

How do I make an online rental purchase?

Is it possible to remove a selected item from my Shopping Cart?

Simply select the tick box underneath the heading Delete and then click the UPDATE BASKET button. This process will remove the item from your shopping cart. To clear your entire cart, select EMPTY MY BASKET.

 

I have a promotional code how do I activate it?

Once items have been added to your shopping cart a promotional code can be activated at the complete & pay stage of your shopping process. To do this, enter the code in exact form in the field located above the shopping cart. Codes are case sensitive so if a discount is not applying to your items it is advised you check the Caps Lock setting on the keyboard.

 

How are discounts applied to my purchase?

Any discounts applied to the products you are selecting for purchase will be visible at the checkout. Please be aware the all discounts available on the site cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If several promotions are applicable to the selected item(s) in your shopping bag, the one giving you the highest promotional discount will be applied.

 

Can I make a change to my order once it has been placed?

Please contact our customer service to make changes to the order. We will do our best to help you if the order has not been shipped.

 

How do I cancel an order?

We understand that an event might get cancelled and you no longer need the dress you rented. When this happens, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we'll be happy to take care of it for you. If you cancel more than 30 days before your rental start date, we will give you a full refund as a store credit. Otherwise, we can only refund you the deposit amount.

 

DELIVERY & RETURN

What delivery service does Dresscodes use?

We deliver via JNE to all the big cities in Indonesia. For same day delivery, we use a courier service (expedited shipping fee will be applied).

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping if your chosen rental start date is at least 3 days away from the day you place the order (i.e. today) and if your total rental is greater than IDR 500,000. Otherwise, we will charge Rp 45,000 per order for shipping. If you need the dress urgently one day before or the day of, please call us ahead of time and we will assist you with your needs. 

 

When will my dress arrive?

After we ship your dress, you will receive a tracking number via email. Unless there is an unforeseen incident, your dress should arrive on your selected date.

 

Do you deliver outside Jakarta?

Yes, we ship outside of Jakarta to all other big cities in Indonesia.

 

What if my rental ends on a Public Holiday?

Please return the dress on the next business day. We won’t charge you a late fee.

 

What if I return my order late?

A late return is subject to late fees of 50% of the rental rate per day for every day that your order is late.

 

Can I purchase a dress?

Yes! Most of our dresses are available for purchase. Click on the BUY button at the main menu to shop.
